Testing and Reliability Services TRS – Hosts SPM Meeting in Hvidovre

In May, EKTOS TRS hosted a scheduled meeting in Hvidovre for the SPM network group ERFA 6, “Reliability”. This was meeting number 211 for this group, and the main theme of the meeting this time was the “Reliability of batteries and battery-powered applications”.

In addition to the usual meeting topics such as “Round Table” discussions and planning of upcoming meetings, there were presentations on accelerated testing of batteries for nano-satellites by Kim Schmidt, FORCE Technology, and on challenges when selecting and implementing batteries in battery-powered devices by Vadym Dovhopolyi, EKTOS Development.

The participants also had the opportunity to tour EKTOS TRS’ accredited type testing laboratory.
