2007

EKTOS was established by Jesper Holst and Niels Martin Jørgensen in Viborg (Denmark) and in Kharkiv (Ukraine) with 5 employees providing development and testing services.

2009

Hardware and software developers relocated to the Kharkiv office space - TLK (Test Laboratory Kharkiv).

2010

EKTOS acquired T&O Stelectric, which brought in valuable knowledge, skills, and equipment e.g. the HALT lab located at TLV which increased EKTOS' skill set and capacity in reliability testing.

2016

A prototype and mass production factory was opened in Ivano-Frankivsk, now TECHTO Electronics, our manufacturing department.

2017

EKTOS Testing & Reliability Services A/S -TRS (former SP Denmark) was incorporated. TRS is a state-accredited test house located in Copenhagen aka "TLC"(Test Laboratory Copenhagen).

2018

The former Bang & Olufsen test laboratory in Struer, Denmark, was incorporated into EKTOS TRS as part of the EKTOS Group state-accredited testing facility. All test facilities in Viborg, Denmark were moved to Struer. Viborg is now only used for project management and administration.

2022

Due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the TLK office was relocated to Ivano-Frankivsk and renamed ТLI.
