TECHTO Quality Assurance department now has 5 people and is fully armed!

TECHTO is proud to announce the finalization of our Quality Assurance department, which is now fully armed with a team of five experts.

Our department consists of a Quality Manager, a Quality Engineer, and three Quality Controllers (QC) who are strategically placed in the production area on a Quality Island. This allows for convenient access to all production areas, ensuring that any operator can approach and consult on-site.

Our Quality Assurance department enables us to conduct incoming inspections of components and materials, create quality instructions before the start of production, and highlight areas with potential quality issues.

We also conduct 100% quality control at the electronics production and box-build stage, as well as technical control of main production processes such as SMT, THD, and BB.

Additionally, we calibrate 100% of the equipment used for measuring technological parameters and maintain 100% compatibility of staff and equipment with the ESD environment.

Our team is dedicated to prompt reactions to customer claims and corrective actions inside the factory. We also provide monthly education to operators in IPC soldering standards, ensuring that our team is always up to date with the latest industry standards.
