This will be our first year at High Tech Summit when the event takes place at DTU (Technical University of Denmark) on October 10th and 11th, and we are very excited about it! We are particularly looking forward to being in the midst of the bustling meeting place of interesting actors within the spheres of technology and digitalization. At High Tech Summit we will be sharing tips and tricks about how to prepare a product for test and certification. We will also be taking part in a matchmaking initiative where bright minds with good ideas will be matched with the needed skills. We can’t wait to be a part of High Tech Summit!

EKTOS at High Tech Summit
Whether you are a veteran or a recent engineering graduate with an idea for a new product, testing and certification is a crucial part of your responsibility. However, it is easy to get lost in the complex world of certifications. What are, for instance, the special requirements you need to meet when designing a product to be used in the offshore industry, in the transportation sector, or as a medical device?
Kennet Palm, Director at EKTOS Testing & Reliability Services, will be ready at EKTOS’ booth at the High Tech Summit. He will give advice and inputs about how to get a product certified for Europe, North America and other markets and how to avoid nasty surprises and unexpected expenses. EKTOS will also be represented at the matchmaking sessions where start-ups and consultancies such as EKTOS will meet.
Testing facilities in Eastern and Western Denmark
The EKTOS testing lab in Copenhagen is accredited by DANAK, the national accreditation body appointed by The Danish Safety Technology State Authority. Furthermore, EKTOS has recently taken over Bang & Olufsen’s former testing lab in Struer, which is soon expected to be covered by the existing accreditation. In Struer, EKTOS currently offers non-accredited tests, reliability tests, as well as pre-tests. The testing lab is equipped to carry out EMC testing, electrical safety testing, climatic testing, and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test).
Testing is only one of the services offered by EKTOS. With seasoned engineers and project leaders in both Denmark and Ukraine, EKTOS offers services from initial product idea to finished products. Founded in 2007 EKTOS employs specialized development and test experts and counts companies like Danfoss, Dantherm Air Handling, Powercell, Roblon, and Alfred Priess among its customers.
We hope to see you at High Tech Summit!
