The Danish national accreditation body, DANAK, visited the EKTOS test lab in Struer in early November. The visit went well, which means that we in January can offer accredited EMC tests in our new lab. We thereby get two accredited SAC’s (Semi Anechoic Chambers), one in Copenhagen and one in Struer. This enables us to offer significant flexibility to our customers across the country – in a situation where the EMC chamber is booked in on lab we can move a test run to the other.
Prioritizing flexibility
“In EKTOS Testing & Reliability Services we focus on strengthening our flexibility in order to be able to act fast if required by a customer project,” director Kennet Palm says. “We continuously work on improving our processes in order to effectively utilize all resources in both Jutland and Zealand. This means that we prioritize knowledge sharing between the employees at both locations and if it is necessary an employee from one lob will go to the other in order to assist when the work load is high.”
