These are the topics for the free morning and afternoon meetings arranged by IoT Denmark and EKTOS on February 24 in Struer and Aarhus.
The meetings mark the collaboration between IoT Denmark and EKTOS to ensure rapid and professional sparring for companies considering developing IoT solutions with Sigfox. The presentations
“How to estimate a business case with Sigfox?” (in Danish): Assessing the costs of developing, testing, and producing IoT products and subscription costs can be a challenge. Jesper Holst, CEO of EKTOS, and Lars Andersen, COO of IoT Denmark, review two examples of how an overview can be created in the estimation phase.
“Battery & power management in Sigfox enabled devices”: The second presentation deals with the optimal design of battery products, where EKTOS Development Director Alexander Liubimov will advise on the following topics:
- Typical battery-powered applications with Sigfox
- Batteries and other energy sources in a device
- Challenges and solutions in planning energy domains
- Correct battery capacity assessment
- Practical tips
