15 new employees in TECHTO Electronics in first quarter

With a growing team of skilled professionals, TECHTO Electronics is committed to providing exceptional electronic manufacturing services. As we continue to expand our capabilities, TECHTO Electronics is proud to share that we have added and trained 15 more operators in the first quarter of the year at our factory in Ivano-Frankivsk Ukraine. The box-build team out of the 3 areas (SMT, THD, and Box-Build) grew most over the period – in line with our strategy to offer customers a turn-key service.

Our Box-build department now includes 4 separate assembly lines in full accordance with electronics industry standards – ESD-safe surfaces and tools. Additionally, we provide professional lighting, electronic work instructions on touch screens, and digital traceability.

The line, when fully loaded, is able to achieve an output of more than 1,500 pcs of simple-medium complexity finished products per 1 shift. The products are box-built using the PCBAs produced in the same premises, round the corner. This expansion will allow us to better serve our clients and meet the increasing demand for our services.

15 nye medarbejdere i TECHTO Electronics i første kvartal

TECHTO Electronics, som er produktionsvirksomheden i EKTOS gruppen vokser hastigt. I første kvartal af 2023 har vi ansat, trænet og internt certificeret 15 nye medarbejdere i produktionen i Ivano-Frankivsk. Vi har adgang til kvalificerede produktionsmedarbejdere i området og vi har opbygget en god kapacitet til at træne og certificere nye medarbejdere til at arbejde i TECHTO Electronics. Det er box-build området der er vokset mest ud af de 3 produktionsområder  (SMT, THD, and Box-Build), Hvilket er helt på linje med vores fokus på at tilbyde turn-key produktion.

Vi har nu 4 separate box-build områder i vores produktion, der alle er konfigurerede med ESD sikre overflader, møbler og værktøjer. Box-build områderne er også opdateret med bedre lys til at hjælpe med at detektere små defekter i overflader og samlinger, touch-skærme til arbejdsinstruktioner og fuld elektronisk sporbarhed. SMD-linjen der ligger i samme bygning har stadigt fin kapacitet til at følge med. Totalt set har vi nu kapacitet til at producere ca 1.500 produkter pr skift med “medium kompleksitet”. Den nye udvidelse sikrer os kapacitet til at servicere vores kunder i forhold til de forecast vi har.
