The Security in Ukraine has become more stable

Again we wish to share a brief update on the situation in Ukraine and our operation status. The Russian invasion of Ukraine continues, but the front line with war activities has not moved a lot in the past few days.

In EKTOS’s development division, more than 80% of our staff members with their families have been moved from Kharkiv to Ivano-Frankivsk close to the Polish border, and are now well-installed there. Below are a couple of pictures from our new office setting in Ivano-Frankivsk.

We currently operate at 75-80% capacity and we are hiring more resources to reach 100% as soon as possible.

We are in frequent contact with all active customers and the projects have been re-planned.
We also have a clear plan for how to handle the impact of further war activities in the area of Ivano-Frankivsk.

We do our utmost to get back to as normal work conditions as possible. Our team also wants to get back to a usual project communication style with milestones, tasks, bugs, and solutions.

#STANDINUKERAINE

The TECHTO electronics factory in Ivano-Frankivsk has remained in normal operation during the week. Further, we succeeded in exporting the first transport to EU of finished goods. The same truck will carry components for continued production back to Ukraine beginning of next week.

Sikkerheden i Ukraine er blevet mere stabil

Her er igen en kort opdatering om situationen i Ukraine og vores drift. Det russiske angreb på Ukraine fortsætter. Frontlinjerne har ikke flyttet sig væsentligt de seneste dage, men angrebene er blevet voldsommere og er i højere grad rettet mod civile.

I EKTOS’ udviklingsdivision har vi nu godt 60% af medarbejderne flyttet fra Kharkiv til Ivano-Frankivsk, hvor de er blevet installeret med deres familier. Nedenfor er et par billeder fra vores nye omgivelser på kontoret i Ivano-Frankivsk. De fleste af de medarbejdere, der har valgt at blive i Kharkiv, er online og bidrager til vores projekter hjemmefra.

I øjeblikket opererer vi totalt set med 75-80% kapacitet. Der er nu kontakt med alle aktive kunder, og projekterne er re-planlagt. Reetablering frem mod en “normal” arbejdssituation fortsætter, og det er vigtigt at flytte kommunikationen tilbage til en normal projektkommunikation, hvor der tales om opgaver, udfordringer og løsninger.

Vi fortsætter arbejdet med at flytte flere af vores udviklingsfolk fra Kharkiv til Invano-Frankivsk, når de ønsker det.

I TECHTO kører produktionen som normalt. I denne uge er har vi fået den første transport af producerede emner ud af Ukraine, og vi forventer at få komponenter ind i Ukraine til fortsat produktion i starten af næste uge.
